Want to know about SQL SERVER COURSE .?

I suggest you to learn SQL and understand it before you go for some certification on it. Don't ever go for any course just because someone suggested this is a hot area. I learned SQL as I learned PHP and used SQL for getting stuff in and out of databases. You can find a lot of examples online to start with SQL. I suggest you install WAMP on your computer and make some small webpages like a form to enter data to a database and some other page to retrieve the data. This way it's easier to learn because you are seeing what you did in Action. Hope it helps.
