Does microsoft SQL server 2008R2 works fine with visual studio 2010 ultimate?

I gt to know .. that there are some probs while installing sql server 2008 , visual studio 2008 being already installed in the system... So now as i am upgrading to visual studio 2010.. which 1 should i install first ... sql server2008 or vs2010( if they both work fine) ..?? please help ?
