Suppressive effect of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC in marijuna) on herpes virus infectivity in vitro?

It can treat the symptoms but it won't cure herpes. Marijuana can actually lower your immune system if you smoke it regularly. When your immune system is lowered you can have another break out. It also won't make you any less likely to pass it on in between break outs.
