Is it true White women are the most insecure about their bodies?

western culture puts too much importance on physical beauty..hence white women are forced to be insecure and self consious..itss completely cultural..and i agree with zinki i am indian too..women here simply dnt care about appeareance that much coz it hardly matters after u land a guy..although now with globalization indian women too are being brainwashed to be perfect looking all the time..but itss far more pronounced in western countries where there is simply no place for a not so perfect looking woman...they have to be beautiful or their men will go with other hotter women.
