Is it ok to workout if you have heart palpitations?
You're not giving us enough information for anyone to give you good advice or try to give you good advice, e.g. how old are you, what is your past experience with working out, do you have any chest pains or pain running down your left arm but don't talk yourself into thinking you have a some kind of a heart problem or you'll start believing it. Go to the gym and start out on a tread mill or an elliptical machine for about 10-15 minutes to see how you feel if you don't want to see a doctor first but if you go to a doctor make sure he is a heart Specialist~a Cardiologist and most likely he'll give you an EKG if he thinks it's necessary.
