How can i import a ERD file from Dezign to Oracle database 10?

I have Done an ERD on Dezign program and i generated the SQL but i don't know how to import the SQL file to Oracle Database 10 program!! i used the usual way from the home page of Oracle which is SQL ------>SQL Scripts ------->Upload but it didn't work!! please help me
