Are these programs safe to remove?

First off, DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING THAT SAYS MICROSOFT. ok, bad bad bad. now u can get rid of toshibas stuff pretty useless. and also DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING THAT SAYS "audio driver or video driver or anything driver," you will regret it, thats what makes sound and video options on your computer work now the texas instruments driver is probably an internet driver of some sort, (btw a driver is what makes the internal parts of the computer work. like the audio driver makes your sound card work which gives power to the audio jack etc..) the MSXML dont delete that either its a service pack for your computer that has all the required software updates from microsoft. basicly everything you put on this list is required to run your computer so dont delete any of it, if your soooooooo worried about space, get an external HDD (hard drive)
